The challenge
Fertility is a subject patients research anxiously and privately. A clinic site that leads with credentials rather than understanding loses them at the first screen.
Our approach
We opened with the patient's own question — a symptom-recognition section that lets someone identify their situation before any treatment is named — then moved to facts, then to a five-step treatment pathway. Empathy first, clinical detail second, booking last.
