The Election Commission's main public portal — voter services, announcements and media, in one civic front door.
The challenge
Voters arriving at SPR needed six different things and had no clear route to any of them, particularly during registration periods when traffic spikes and patience does not.
Our approach
A gateway-first architecture: a six-tile launcher for the highest-demand services, then a full portal underneath with voter registration, checking, transfer and information services, news, and a media centre.
